Hello! My name is Fredrick Christopher Williams and I am a licensed Realtor and a Geriatric Care Advisor in the state of Texas. I had a father who fought in World War II; and, I was raised with my grandmother in our home. These are just two of the reasons why my love and compassion for people, especially seniors, is genuine. My mother, and grandmother were both nurses; and, my mother got her Texas Real Estate license in 1986. I began a career in Healthcare in 1995; and, in 2004 I began focusing on helping those in our aging population and their families; and started working in Home Health, Hospice and Memory Care Assisted Living. I followed in my mother’s footsteps and became a licensed Realtor in 2012.
FCW Housing Services was formed so members of our community, especially the aging population and their families would have an Ethical and Knowledgeable resource to access when faced with the difficult decision of Buying or Selling a home, Downsizing, Transitioning to an Assisted Living or Memory Care Facility or Thinking Outside the Box on Investment Strategies.
If downsizing and moving mom or dad to an Assisted Living or Memory Care Facility, The FCW Senior Housing Team will not only accompany you find the right senior care home. We will also, Sell your home and assist with closing costs; in order to allow you to keep more equity in your home; as well as help offset the rising cost of Senior Care.
